#Febphotoaday

day 3: hands
My good friend Jalaine gave me the best and most sentimental baby shower gift ever...a certificate to get Leila's hands and feet molded on glazed ceramic. They were done when she was 2 weeks old and it hangs on her wall. I love looking at it and Leila likes to put her hands and feet on it sometimes. Her hands look so big now.

day 4: stranger
This picture was awkward. I tried to get a good picture of a stranger (our server, the hostess) but it didn't come out right. Eric took this picture without trying to get the strange lady in the background, worked out perfectly. Yes, that is a fortune on my forehead. Don't you read your fortunes that way?

day 5: 10am
Mason, Leila, and Lexi chillin' together...these kids had too much fun together over the weekend.
P.S. I had to cheat a little on this one because I totally missed 10 am so this was taken with Jalaine's camera at the same time. Oops.

day 6: dinner
We went to Ikea to get inspiration for our new kitchen! Woot woot! I had stuff to make dinner at home but we couldn't resist the meatballs.

day 7: button
Greg and Shasta gave us this beautiful vintage couch that we were finally able to take our of storage. Yay for buying a house with a family room downstairs to put it in! Love the tufted buttons and I'm dying to reupholster it some day...Eric and I kinda wanna tackle it ourselves.

day 8: sun
Today was the only day in the past week that the sun didn't shine. I couldn't even take a picture of the moon because it was so cloudy. So my lack of imagination got the best of me and I cheated and found a picture in my phone. It's from my my morning jogs up the Provo Trail last fall...miss that trail so bad. Though, it's kinda dangerous as another woman was just attacked/raped on the trail earlier this week. These crazy women should not be running alone at 9pm! Yes, it's Provo but I think most of the creepos live in Provo. That poor girl.
But like Erin said, the Sun is the same today as it was then. She always know just what to say.

  1. I love letting Mason and Lexi put their hands on their prints. I can't believe how tiny they were! I'm so happy you love it! It turned out great too! Maybe next time we are together we can get a picture with our kids with all of them looking at the same time, Ha!
I miss having an IKEA! And I have to say, the couch is awesome!
