My mother-in-law's birthday is on the 14th so we invited everyone over for dinner. Happy Birthday Eileen!
We wanted to try a new recipe and make dinner extra special: stuffed mushrooms and tomato basil soup (like Zupas). Everything was delicious. Eric did
most ALL of the cooking because Leila needed some entertaining. He loves to cook and is a lot more confident in the kitchen than I am.

| Leila loved the tomato basil soup. This is the one thing that she actually LOVES and we couldn't feed her fast enough. Looks like I'm gonna have to make more of this soup and freeze it in ice cube trays just for Leila. |
